At Epicraft-Pharma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing images or videos.

3. Non-Refundable Items
  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Orders placed under special offers or discounts

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and pharma products are non-returnable once opened.

4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to verification.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
